Poetry Chapbooks (2012-2013)
Back in my poetry chapbook days, I had foundations of a tiny house dream being built through artwork and community. I raised enough money from shows to buy a 17' flatbed trailer. After spending a year hitchhiking around America and working on organic farms, I dreamt of building my own tiny house on wheels. While my dreams eventually changed, the trailer continued on with its own story.
I passed the trailer, and all the construction materials I'd salvaged through the years, to an architect student who grew up in one of Frank Lloyd Wright's houses. Archie, in search of a unique hands-on learning experience and class project, transformed the trailer and materials into its tiny house destiny.
